Spent an excellent day at the third Red Meat Sector Conference.in Auckland yesterday. A dozen high quality speakers imparting knowledge, wisdom and advice about opportunities, risks, optimism, collaboration – and, strangely, see-saws – were packed into 9.5 hours and were listened to by around 320 from the industry. Networking was rife in the breaks, at lunch and later at the Maersk Gala Dinner.
