Course for emerging meat industry leaders

MeatExecutive Programme 2013Emerging leaders in the Australian and New Zealand meat industry are invited to participate in a fully residential course at the Melbourne Business School to be held at Mt Eliza Executive Education in Victoria.

The literature about the Eighth Annual Meat Executive Programme says the course is a “unique blend of professional development, skill enhancement, industry forum and practical learning experience providing a rare opportunity to access knowledge and insights across the supply chain by networking with industry peers and learning from industry leaders.”

Professor David Hughes, emeritus professor of food marketing from Imperial College London, is one of the faculty members and leading the session on Mastering Market Realities (including a look at understanding the Asian consumer). Other sessions include Successful Leadership, Tools & Skills and Insights & Opportunities. Speakers this year include Craig Hickson, managing director of Progressive Meats who is speaking on leadership, alongside other industry leaders in other sessions from Woolworths, Coles, McDonald’s, JBS Swift Australia, Vic’s Premium Quality Meat and Blackmore Wagyu Beef

There is a cost and there are limited spaces.
