A premium new beef range, Greenstone Creek, will be debuting on New Zealand menus soon.
Greenstone Creek, ANZCO’s premium beef range has just been launched here in New Zealand and is set to feature on the menu of high-end New Zealand restaurants. The brand has been available in Tahiti and Australia for 10 years, but work carried out in early 2019 saw ANZCO identify an opportunity for a premium grass-fed, hand-selected, aged beef range back home.
As part of its introduction to New Zealand, ANZCO has created a new look for the range that is backed by a stronger, more compelling brand story, says an ANZCO spokesperson.
The new look Greenstone Creek brand has been developed to reflect New Zealand’s natural environment and was inspired by the marbled markings of pounamu and beef.
Beef for the range is selected from New Zealand’s best free-range, naturally-raised cattle. ANZCO’s master graders then select the best beef based on a set of uncompromising standards that includes marble score, PH and natural form. It is then aged for 21 days to create a product that is mouth-wateringly tender and full of rich natural flavour.
“There will be a limited supply; only the very best beef can take on the Greenstone Creek name, so we can maintain the brand’s high standards,” says the spokesperson.
