PrimeXConnect – a NZ first for ANZCO meat trading

ANZCO Foods is the first New Zealand meat company to use a new online trading platform, PrimeXConnect, digitally linking ANZCO with customers around the world.

ANZCO is currently trialling the new custom-made online sales tool to provide ANZCO and its customers with improved flexibility and efficiencies.

“Initially we’ll be piloting PrimeXConnect with existing New Zealand traders who export world-wide,” says ANZCO’s general manager sales and marketing, Rick Walker.

“We see this online tool as another way ANZCO can improve our links into our customers. PrimeXConnect complements rather than replaces our existing sales team and tools.  We believe that once the concept is proven through our initial trial, that it has the potential to be a valuable addition to the way we do business with a broad cross section of our global customer base, because it’s immediate and mobile.

“Direct, personal relationships with our customers will always be extremely important to the way ANZCO does business and PrimeXConnect offers the chance to complement and streamline our traditional communication channels, which more of our customers are indicating is important to them in the digital world in which we live in today,” says Walker.
