New Zealand sausage makers are trialling their best recipes in anticipation of the 2012 Devro New Zealand Sausage Competition. Entries have just opened for the competition, organised by Retail Meat NZ and sponsored by Devro, Kerry Ingredients and Alto Packaging, which has been running in New Zealand for 19 years.
